Rates

Our Masseria is open from April 1 to October 24, 2026.

Rates 2026

Our rates are per double room per night including breakfast, bed linen, and bath towels.
For a 3rd person per room, we charge an additional €30 per night.
Children are welcome from the age of 12.

April 1 to April 30 €130.00
May 1 to May 31 €140.00
June 1 to September 30 €155.00
October 1 to October 24 €140.00

Prices do not include tourist tax.

We require a 25% deposit per booking. It is possible to rent the entire Masseria for families (including with small children) or groups (please inquire for possibilities).

Cancellation

In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 100% of the booking amount. We always recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.

Services

Kitchen,

There are excellent restaurants in the area, but if you would like to prepare your own delicious meals: our kitchen is at your disposal!

If requested, we can also organise a barbecue or an evening with pizza or pasta.

Honesty bar

We keep our fridge stocked with beer, soft drinks and various wines. Feel free to help yourself, but don’t forget to note down what you’ve taken on the room list.

Airport service

If required, for a fee, we can arrange transport to and from Bari and Brindisi airports. However, our advice would be to rent a car so that you can explore the surroundings and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
