Masseria Cesarina B&B processes your personal data due to the fact that you use our services and/or because you have provided us with this information yourself.
The purpose and the basis for which we process personal data
Masseria Cesarina B&B processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- Informing you about our services
- Masseria Cesarina B&B also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, for example, data which necessitates us to identify you.

Inspecting, amending or deleting data

When you arrive at our accommodation, we will make a copy of your passport and forward this to the competent Italian authorities. Afterwards, the copy will be destroyed immediately.
Masseria Cesarina B&B does not sell your personal data to third parties and only passes this data on if it is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to satisfy a legal obligation. We enter into processing agreements with companies which process your data as part of our assignment so that we can ensure there is a similar level of security and confidentiality vis-à-vis your data.
